I met Sarah and Charlotte at the park a few weeks ago to take some pictures to give to Sarah’s husband for Valentine’s Day. We got some AWESOME light, which turned into some AMAZING pictures of Charlotte. I was actually really impressed that Charlotte sat and stayed still for the shoot. Other babes her age take off and crawl as fast as they can, but not Charlotte. She was ready for her shoot!!! :)
How awesome is this sign?? Sarah made it!! I totally thought she bought it. She’s so creative.

I met Erin in 2006 when we both worked at HSS. I remember talking about having kids, how we would dress them, what we would name them, and what we think they would look like. I remember the day so well when Erin told me she was pregnant. Erin was the most BEAUTIFUL pregnant woman! She embraced it so well, and she radiated JOY. Erin had her little girl last April. Ava. Ava is the best dressed little girl in all of Orange County. (Takes after her Mommy!!) Ava has her mommy’s sweet personality and freely gives out smiles. I had so much fun photographing both of them! Stay tuned for her 1 year old pictures in a few months!
I LOVE how she dressed Ava in purple skinny jeans and purple converse!! :)
For those of you who don’t know, I have a 2 year old. My daughter just had her birthday a few weeks ago. I really wanted to get some great pictures of her at her party; but of course she was in a funk! She just wanted someone to hold her, and she even took a nap during her party! So a week later, I dressed her back in her birthday outfit, and then took her to this awesome park to finally get those great pictures….Here are a few of my favorites…

These 2 kiddos were hilarious!!! I was is AWE at how well they played with eachother, and how well behaved they were! If the little boy, ‘R’ would make a face; the little girl, ‘S’ would try to mimick his exact expression! It was awesome. They laugh, giggle and are so cute with eachother!! I loved how ‘R’ would pull me aside and say, “Watch me do this.” Or, “Take a picture of me doing this.” I loved it! They sure made my heart joyful, AND made my job easier!! :)
Sally wanted to surprise her husband for Christmas, with a special Mommy-Daughter shoot. This shoot was so much fun! It started out with a tea party in the park, then moved into running, laughing and playing. Then ended with painting! Thanks Sally for letting me capture such a fun day!!
Right before Christmas I was fortunate to be able to photograph these 2 girls. I went to high school with their Mom, and it was so awesome to meet her daughters. We had such a blast playing in their backyard., laughing, giggling, and making silly faces! Can’t wait to take more pictures of you girls! :)
